🔁 Exchange Policy (No Returns)

At KloZZet, every product is made and handled with quality checks. To keep our pricing fair and sustainable, we follow a strict No Return – Only Exchange policy.

❌ No Returns

  • We do not offer returns or refunds once an order is delivered.
  • This includes change of mind, size issues, color preference, or personal choice.
  • Cash refunds, wallet credits, or store credits are not applicable.

🔄 Exchange Eligibility (Within 7 Days)

Exchanges are allowed only under the following conditions:

  • Exchange request must be raised within 7 days of delivery.
  • Product must be:
    • Unused, unwashed, and unworn
    • In original condition with tags intact
    • Packed in original packaging
  • Invoice / Order ID is mandatory.

✅ Valid Reasons for Exchange

  • Manufacturing defect
  • Incorrect product received
  • Damaged product during transit (must be reported within 48 hours with clear images/video)

Note: Exchanges are subject to quality check approval by our team.

🚫 Non-Exchangeable Items

  • Customized / personalized products
  • Clearance or sale items
  • Products damaged due to misuse, washing, or improper handling
  • Exchange requests raised after 7 days

🔁 Exchange Process

  • Only size exchange is allowed for the same product.
  • If the requested size is unavailable:
    • You may choose another size, or
    • Wait for restock (no refund will be issued)
  • Only one exchange per order is permitted.

  • Colors may slightly vary due to screen resolution and lighting.
  • Size charts are provided — customers are advised to check before ordering.
  • Orders placed imply acceptance of this policy.
